Thailand Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha has proved to the media once again that his shenanigans know no boundary. This time, Chan-ocha avoided the media once again by sending all reporters with questions for him to a cardboard cutout of himself, saying,“If you want to ask any questions on politics or conflict, ask this guy.”
