The Winter Olympics have finally begun, and the opening ceremony is showing in the U.S. Friday morning, and on tape-delay later tonight.

This year, the Olympics are taking place in Pyeongchang, South Korea. The ceremony lasted only 2 hours and 17 minutes, making it the shortest in recent history. Luger Erin Hamlin lead the U.S. delegation.

The ceremony also included a historic handshake between North Korean diplomat, Kim Yo Jong, and South Korea President, Moon Jae.
