There are many types of mental illnesses such as: Bipolar disorder, psychosis, anxiety, ADHD, manic depression, depressive disorder, and many more.  Suffering from any of these illness will cause you to experience sadness, fatigue, sleepiness, feeling “flat”, and even suicidal thoughts.

It is okay to be sad sometimes, but when it is a constant feeling, there is something going on. If you notice anyone you know start to isolate themselves, please reach out to them and get help as soon as you can. Mental illness can be cured, but you’ll have to either take medicine, or see a therapist (or even both).
