Thailand Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha has proved to the media once again that his shenanigans know no boundary. Chan-ocha has been caught on camera multiple times performing acts that dumbfound everyone, including fondling the ear of a sound technician for several minutes during a news conference, flung a banana peel at cameramen, and threatened, jokingly, to execute any journalist who criticized his government.

This time, Chan-ocha avoided the media once again by sending all reporters with questions for him to a cardboard cutout of himself, saying,“If you want to ask any questions on politics or conflict, ask this guy.”
